Ask a landscape contractor

Landscape contractors are professionals who install a variety of items concerning your landscape. We are licensed to do concrete, brick, block, stone, masonry, bark, irrigation, drip systems moss rock, retainer walls, fencing, low voltage lighting, sod, plant material, water features, fire pits, patio covers, decks, and pretty much anything that you would want in your yard. It is smart to hire a landscape contractor who is trained and has the experience to install the correct items the correct way. Maintenance personnel can do some items well but most do not have the experience or license needed to perform much of the work previously mentioned. Protect yourself by hiring a licensed c27 landscape contractor.

We service Roseville, CA Rocklin, CA Granite Bay, CA Lincoln, CA El Dorado Hills, CA Folsom, CA Loomis, CA Citrus Heights, CA Sacramento, CA Fair Oaks, CA Carmichael, CA Penryn, CA North Highlands, CA Rancho Cordova, CA Gold River, CA and all of Placer County and Sacramento County California

Concrete Patios

Posted on: January 7th, 2015 by integritylandscaping No Comments

A concrete patio can come in many forms. Some are concrete which are covered over with tile, brick, stone or some other product.

Most patios are installed by concrete contractors or landscape contractors. Patios are not something a do it yourselfer should attempt due to the high physical demand and the fact that concrete is not that forgiving. Once it sets it is really difficult to fix any errors. The cost of removing a bad concrete job and redoing it is very expensive.

At Integrity we prep the concrete area by making sure there is a stable base on which to place the concrete. Concrete patios are only as good as their foundation. Rebar or other products can be installed to reduce the chances of cracking, especially when placed on expansive soils.

We have had great success installing and/or performing the following types of concrete work:
Colored patios, stained patios, stamped patios, exposed aggregate patios, broom finish patios, brush finished patios, rock salt finished patios, concrete sealed patios, decorative patios, decorative bordered patios, etc.

We also do driveways that are stamped or finished in the manner you desire. We do walkways and pathways that can meander through your yard. We also do concrete design.

After working with and around concrete for over 35 years we know how to install concrete that you will love.

We service the following areas in CA: Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Lincoln, El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Antelope, Loomis, Folsom, Penryn, Marin, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, North Highlands, Orangevale, Auburn, Rancho Cordova, Gold River and West Sacramento.

This is the time of year when your drains need to flow without obstructions. Make sure you do not have grass growing over the drainage inlets or outlets. It is also a good idea to run your garden hose down through your drainage with the water going to make sure you have good flow. Also keep watch to make sure you do not have bark or leaves blocking your drainage.

Always hire a licensed contractor for value and peace of mind.
